During Ministerial questions in the Scottish Parliament, I asked the Scottish Government why there is currently no routine eyesight or hearing testing provided in our elderly care facilities?
This question is especially important given the strong connection between audio and visual sensory loss to dementia.
After working hard all their lives and contributing to our society, the SNP government should be prioritising the care of the elderly.
